Brief Description Of Production Process

(1) Process technology preparation: Select reasonable steel strip width according to the nominal outer diameter of the steel pipe. Prepare steel pipe welding parameters, steel pipe inspection process cards and production plan sheets according to raw materials, and issue them to each production and inspection process.

(2) Uncoiling process: After receiving the production process card, hoist the qualified steel strip on the uncoiling machine according to the production process requirements, uncoil and level the steel strip.

(3) After leveling, the steel strip runs to the butt welding process, and the butt welding personnel perform butt welding according to the issued welding parameters.

(4) After the steel strip is butt welded, it moves forward to the disc shearing process to shear the burrs of the steel strip according to the shearing amount specified in the production process card.

(5) After the steel strip is sheared, it moves to the milling process to further process the steel strip plate edge, such as removing burrs, milling grooves of steel plates exceeding 8mm, etc.

(6) After the steel strip is milled, the edge of the steel strip is pre-bent to prevent the weld from forming a "pout" phenomenon during the forming process.

(7) The steel strip enters the former, and the former adjusts the shape according to the issued production process card.

(8) After the steel pipe is formed, the internal welder welds the internal weld of the steel pipe according to the issued welding parameter table.

(9) After the internal welding of the steel pipe is completed, when the weld rotates half a circle to the top of the steel pipe, the external welder welds the external weld.

(10) Under the condition of a small diameter reduction rate, the steel pipe is sized to achieve a certain dimensional accuracy and roundness, and the surface quality of the steel pipe is further improved.

(11) After the external welding of the steel pipe is completed, it continues to move forward. When the top of the steel pipe reaches the fixed length required by the customer, it is transmitted to the plasma cutting machine through the photoelectric sensor and the steel pipe is cut to the fixed length.

(12) If there are defects in the weld of the steel pipe, they are repaired manually to remove the defects and enter the next process.

(13) Treat the ends of the steel pipes to make them straight and the groove angles meet the standard requirements.

(14) Measure the length and weight of each steel pipe to control the weight deviation and length within the standard range.

(15) Eliminate the magnetic blow phenomenon caused by residual magnetism during steel pipe butt welding and improve the weld quality of steel pipe butt welding.

(16) Spray the inner and outer walls of one end of the steel pipe according to the standards and customer requirements.
